Olympic Village is a senior community consisting of 53 units for seniors over 55 (including 1 manager unit) earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income.  The approximate 2-acre property includes 2 two-story residential buildings, a recreational center, a community laundry room, a computer room, surface parking and a landscaped picnic and BBQ area.  The recreational center features a television, lounge seating, and a small kitchen facility. The computer room offers the residents full-time computer and internet access. Construction is Type V, wood-frame with color cast clay tile rooms, stucco exterior and wood trim accents designed as a classic California contemporary style. All residential units have private open spaces, including balconies and patios.  Social services are provided on-site to all households with a focus on educational classes and computer training.
