810 Pine Flats

810 Pine Avenue is being developed as a 207-unit affordable apartment project financed as a 4% tax credit bond deal. The approximate 15,000 square foot lot will include one 16-story building featuring 11 levels of steel modular over 5 levels of concrete. There will be a rooftop deck overlooking downtown Long Beach for residents to enjoy along with other amenity spaces.
